Calling for Technical Pre-qualification and Financial Bids for the Construction of 25,000 Houses under the Nationwide workers housing scheme (APO & LUGBE Sites), in Collaboration with the Federal Government of Nigeria (Through the Ministry of the Federal Capital Territory), the Nigerian Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress.
Good Homes Development Company Limited now calls for an extension of time for bids from eligible and qualified contractors/builders for the construction and building of houses of different types in the APO SITE location of its project.

1. Interested bidders can bid for all or any of the categories below:
a) 1-5 blocks/duplexes N50,000
b) 6-10 blocks/duplexes N100,000
c) 11 -50 blocks/duplexes N200,000
This amount is Non-Refundable.
2. Bid amount would be raised as drafts and payable to Good Homes Development Co. Ltd.
3. Bids must be delivered to the address above, at or before the extended time of 5:00 pm on 14th May, 2014. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
4. Pre-qualification Requirements include:
The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following requirement(s):
i) Copies of Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) incorporation documents, including the memorandum and articles of association (MEMAT)
ii) Audited accounts report of the last three(3) years
iii) Evidence of Value Added Tax(VAT) registration and past VAT remittances
iv) Banker’s recommendation of financial capability of the bidder.
v) Up to date Tax clearance certificate for 3 years consecutively.
vi) Receipt of draft payment for the category of bid applied (limited to one company per tender)
vii) Previous experience in works of a similar nature and size within the last five years.
viii) Qualifications and experience of key site management and technical personnel proposed for the Contracts.
ix) Evidence of affiliation of the key site management personnel with their professional bodies and associations.

Note:
i. Only pre-qualified bidders shall be invited for the opening of the financial bids.
ii. The company is not under obligation to grant an award to the lowest bidder.
