Qualification Requirement
To qualify for consideration, tenders must be accompanied with copies of under listed documents:
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
(ii) Evidence of Registration of Business Premises
(iii) Evidence of Current Registration with Bureau of Public Procurement
(iv) Evidence payment of Development Levy for the last three years, inclusive of the current year.
(v) Evidence of Tax Clearance of the company for the past three years; inclusive of the current year
(vi) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate of two Directors of the company for the past three years; inclusive of the current year.
(vii) Evidence of payment of non-refundable tenders fee on the contractual quoted amount.
(viii) VAT registration and evidence of payment
(ix) Company Profile.
(x) Evidence of Registration with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Ekiti State
NB:
A completed tender application should be accompanied with Bill of Quantities for the project.
(i) Contractors with uncompleted on-going projects at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Ekiti State need not apply.
(ii) Each application will cover only one lot and the lot number and title should be written at the right edge of the envelope.
(iii) All information and applications should be submitted on or before 4th December 2013 and addressed to:
