The African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET) is in the process of pre-qualifying suppliers and contractors for the provision of goods and services listed below for the period June 2015 to May 2017. Current suppliers and service providers who wish to be retained in the register are encouraged to apply.

Interested suppliers and service providers may obtain the suppliers’ registration form for documentation from AFENET Nigeria website: www.nigeria-feltp.net.
Compulsory documents to be included: CAC registration certificate. Form CAC2, current Tax clearance, VAT registration, Audited balance sheet of 3 years, documented proof of at least 5 successful job completions with companies/customers.
Completed pre-qualification documents should be sent via email to: eoi@nfeltp.org or hard copies in a sealed envelope addressed to the Administrator No: 50 Haile Selassie street Asokoro Abuja. The Code and Category being applied for clearly indicated on the registration form.
The deadline for receiving the pre-qualification bids is June 17th 2015.
