The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory obligations, invites interested, registered and reputable companies with relevant experience and good track records to prequalify/express interest for the under listed projects

5.0 Pre-Qualification/Expression of Interest Requirements:
Interested companies are required to submit the following documents:
(i.) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Article of Association
(ii.) Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) consecutive years (2012, 2013 and 2014) corresponding with declared annual turnover
(iii.) Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of Compliance
(iv.) Evidence of compliance with statutory provision of Section 6. (1)- (3) of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act, 2011
(v.) Audited Accounts of the Company for the last three (3) years (2012, 2013 and 2014)
(vi.) Evidence of VAT Registration and past remittances
(vii.) Evidence of Financial capability and banking support
(viii.) Evidence of similar jobs executed in the last (3) years including letters of award and completion certificates. (Works)
(ix.) Comprehensive Company Profile, listing key technical personnel stating their roles, designation, qualification and years of experience including copies of educational and professional certificates. Submissions for WORKS should include a minimum of four (4) relevant COREN Registered Engineers of various disciplines
(x.) Verifiable evidence of availability of appropriate manpower, machinery and equipment.

6.0 Submission of Documents:
All submissions must be delivered in two (2) spirally bound copies enclosed in sealed envelopes marked “Pre-Qualification Documents or Expression Interest for the (indicate project description & lot no)” addressed to:

Companies submitting tenders most sign the tender register at the reception desk before dropping the tender into the tender box. Incorrectly labelled and/or late tenders will be rejected.
7.0 General Information:
(i.) This pre-qualification/expression of interest is not an invitation to tender. Only firms/companies that are successful from the pre-qualification exercise will be contacted and invited to tender
(ii.) Pre-qualified firms/companies will be required to pay a non-refundable tender fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20.000.00) only to collect Tender Documents
(iii.) The Deadline for submission of Prequalification documents for Goods, Works and Supply is Wednesday, 17th June, 2015 by 12.00 (noon). Opening will be immediately after the deadline, i.e. Wednesday 17th June, 2015 by 12.00 (noon) at the Commission’s Conference Hall, INEC Headquarters Maitama, Abuja.
(iv.) The Deadline for submission of documents for expression of interest is Tuesday, 2nd June, 2015 by 12.00 (noon) while opening will be immediately after the deadline i.e Tuesday, 2nd June, 2015 by 12.00 (noon) at the Commission’s Conference Hall, INEC Headquarters, Maitama Abuja.
