Advertisement of Request for Quotation (RfQ) for the Provision of Five Numbers Solar Powered Boreholes Schemes in Birnin Kebbi and Bunza Local Government areas and Provision of 5No Solar Powered Boreholes Schemes in Birnin Kebbi, Bunza and Aliero Local Government Areas

1 (a) Provision of five number solar powered boreholes schemes in Birnin Kebbi and Bunza Local Government Areas

1(b) Provision of 5No solar powered boreholes schemes in Birnin Kebbi. Bunza and Aliero Local Government Areas

2 The scope of works for the two (2) protect shall include the following:

• Drilling of a complete 150mm dia borehole with SQ type solar powered pump
• Construction of a complete 5m welded lank on 6m tower
• Supply and installation of solar modules
• Control room and fencing works.
• Provision of water points and commissioning apron.

 Qualification of Firms Responding to the (RFQ)

Water engineering firms, representatives of manufacturers or water materials etc in presenting quotation must show clear evidence of:-

• Payment of cooperative taxes PAYE VAT, etc
• Kebbi State lenders Board Registration Certificate
• Letters of confirmation by applicant’s bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract
• Certificate of incorporation for companies-consulting firms
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Registration with Professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable
• List of Companies consulting firms’ machinery equipment and instruments
• List of previous works/services executed and evidence of performance
• List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field
• Third party insurance

Deadline for Submission of Quotation

Water engineering firms, representatives of manufacturers of water materials etc are to submit their quotation on or before 24^th February 2015

The Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development Kebbi State reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirement
