Interested Bidders are to obtain bidding documents from the Procurement Unit upon successful payment of the bid price of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15, 000.00) only.
Bids must be submitted in two (2) separate sealed envelopes original and copy and marked “TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BID FOR LOT at the left hand corner of each envelope and the company name clearly indicated at the back of each envelope. Both envelopes should be sealed and placed in a third envelope marked with the Lot number at the top right hand corner. The Closing date for submission of bids is on or before 12:00 noon on 19th January 2015. Bid opening shall take place immediately, at the ATS/Comm School lecture theater in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
