Introduction
The Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology, Victoria Island, Lagos, a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development invites interested, competent and reputable Companies with relevant experience and good track records to tender for the following projects:-
- Lot FCFMT/2014/01 Additional Construction work on the Lecture Auditorium, Victoria Island.
- Lot FCFMT/2014/02 Furnishing of the Lecture Auditorium/offices, Victoria Island.
- Lot FCFMT/2014/03 Construction of Industrial Borehole at Igbolomi, Ibeju Local Government Area.
- Lot FCFMT/2014/04 Furnishing and Equipping of a Block of 6-Classrooms and 2 Hostels at Igbolomi, Ibeju Local Government Area.
- Lot FCFMT/2014/05 Supply and installation of full mission Multiple students GMDSS Simulator with trainers Lincensed stations (Windows interface software and multiple USB Headsets with play back feature for scripts).
- Lot FCFMT/2014/06 Procurement of office electrical/electronics equipment.
- Lot FCFMT/2014/07 Supply and installation of multiple students Navigation ECDiS/ trainers Lincensed stations with software for Nigeria coastal waters / Ports Approaches, West Coast, 1 US and 1 UK Coastal areas Minimum 50inches IMO Spec.
Technical Requirements
Contractors should submit their Technical documents in sequential order as listed below:-
- Company Profile giving details of current activities and Management Structure including evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last (3) three years.
- VAT Registration and evidence of remittances.
- Financial Capability and names of Bankers.
- Audited statement of Account of the Company for the last (3) three years.
- Evidence of similar projects executed within the last three years with proof.
- Short CVs (2 pages maximum) of the personnel expected to be deployed on the assignment.
- Evidence of employees’ retirement savings account with registered Pension Fund Administrator.
- Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
All interested contractors are to collect financial bid documents from Procurement Office Room 107, Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology on payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifteen thousand naira (#15,000.00) only in bank draft made to Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Submission of Bid Documents
Completed Technical and financial bid documents must be dropped in the bid box in two separate sealed envelopes marked Technical Document 2014 FCFMT
Projects and Financial Bid Document 2014 FCFMT Projects respectively clearly printed at top left corner of the envelopes and addressed to:-

Closing and Opening of Bids:
The submission of this tender will close on Wednesday, 13th August, 2014 and tenders shall be opened same day immediately at the College Meeting Room
