- This Request for Expression of Interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in the dg Market of 26th November, 2010
2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) for the implementation of Public Sector Governance Reform and Development Project Plateau State is a beneficiary of the credit and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the credit for the implementation of External Audit Reform
Objective:
- The overall objective of the Project is to promote good governance by promoting quality transparency and accountability in public financial management and human resource management systems in Plateau State.

- The Plateau State Public Sector Governance Reform and Development Project now invites eligible consulting firm(s) to indicate their interest in providing the above service. Interested consulting firm(s) are hereby requested to submit statement of capability indicating relevant experience on similar assignment(s) in Nigeria or elsewhere. This should include, but not limited to, summary of key staff, provision of company brochures, description of similar assignments carried out in the last five (5) years, experience in similar conditions and region, availability of appropriate skills among key staff etc.
6 Consulting firm(s) will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: SelectionandEmploymentofConsultantsbyWorld BankBorrowers(January 2011), using the Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) Method for firm(s). Interested consulting firm(s) may obtain further information at the address below between 9.00a.m – 4.00p.m (Local Time) on weekdays, except on public holidays.
- Four (4) copies of your expression of interest must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the “Package Number and Title of the Consultancy Service” to the address below not 8th July, 2014.
