Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractor/Suppl1ers for the Year 2013 Tetfund Special Intervention Project
The Federal College of Education, Zaria wishes to bring to the notice of interested competent and reputable contractors/suppliers that the College would carry out procurement of the under listed good and works under the TETFund Special Intervention Project.
- Furnishing of lecture theatre.
- Provision of classroom furniture
- Provision of furniture for academic staff offices.
Pre-Qualification Requirement:
- Evidence of certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
- Current TAX Clearance certificate for the last three (3) years
- Valued Added Tax Registration Certificate.
- Verifiable evidence of previous experience in area of interest
- Company Profile
- Three (3) Years Audited Accounts
- Evidence of Financial capability
- Evidence of registration with relevant government agencies.
- Evidence of compliance with requirement of pension Act. 2004.
- Evidence/technical qualification and experience of key personnel.

In addition, responding to this advertisement does not oblige the College to consider a responding firm for pre-qualification.
Note that all cost(s) incurred pursuance to the advertisement shall be borne by the responding firm.

The document should be sealed in an envelope and boldly marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT FOR…………” (Including the particular project in respect of which pre-qualification is sought shall be clearly stated). And should be addressed to:

Submissions of applications for Pre-Qualification should be made not later than 12:00pm on 21st July, 2014. Only short listed firm will be contacted to proceed to the next stage of the process.
The College reserves the right to reject any or all the submission.
Opening of the Expression of Interest Document
Firms or their representative are invited to the public opening of their document at the college conference room on 21st July, 2014 at 12:30pm.
