The Surveyors Council of Nigeria hereby invites reputable contractors to submit Pre-Qualification documents for the following project:-

Lot1:Upgrading of Superstructure, renovation and installation of equipment.

3.       Pre-Qualification Requirements:

Interested and eligible contractors are required to submit the following documents for consideration: –

(i)                Evidence of Company’s Registration with Corporate affairs Commission (CAC);

(ii)             Company’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years;

(iii)           Evidence of VAT registration and past Remittances;

(iv)           Evidence of compliance with Pension Act 2004;

(v)             Company Profile reflecting staff strength and equipment holding;

(vi)           Evidence of previous experience on similar projects;

(vii)        Evidence of Financial Capability indicating the financial status of the company from a reputable bank;

(viii)      Evidence of Registration with COREN;

(ix)           Evidence of Registration with Industrial Training Fund (ITF); and

(x)             Evidence of compliance with the provisions of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.

4.       Submission of Tender Documents and Public Opening:

Interested companies are to submit two (2) copies of pre­qualification documents clearly marked: PROJECT TITLE and LOT NO, addressed to “The Registrar, Surveyors Council of Nigeria” 9 Yawuri Street, Garki II, Abuja and drop same into the Tender Box of the Council on or before 12.00 noon on Monday, 16^th June 2014. Opening of bids commences immediately. Contractors or their representatives, NGOs and interested members of the public are invited to witness the opening of the bids, please.

Note:

Please note that all documents submitted by prospective contractors may be forwarded to relevant agencies for verification. Only pre-qualified bidders will be invited to tender for the projects accordingly, please. The award of the contract is subject to the release of funds under the 2014 Capital Budget.
