Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for the Year 2013 TETFUND Special Intervention Projects
Umar Suleiman College of Education, Gashua intends to undertake the procurement of various projects for the year 2013 TETFUND Special Intervention Projects and hereby invites competent and interested contractors and suppliers to tender for the under listed projects;-
A. Construction Works
i. Construction of School of Managements Services
B Procurements
i. Supply of 108 Nos. HP Envy touch smart 15 laptop, 500/4GBB, Win 8.1,15.6”saeen, Core i5
ii. Supply and installation of fine arts equipments and weather station
iii. Procurement of H P Computers
– 5Nos. Hp Laptops, 500/4GBB
– 5Nos. Hp Desktop, 500/2GBB
– 5Nos. 650VA UPS/1KVA Stabilizers
– 5Nos. HP Printer LaserJet P1002
iv. Simply and installations of 40Nos. Solar Powered Street Light and accessories
v. Procurement of 2Nos. 30-seater Toyota Coaster Civilian Bus, 4.51trs (Petrol MT 2013)
C Pre-Qualification/Tender Requirements
Interested contractors should include the following:-
i. Evidence of up to date company registration with corporate affairs commission
ii. Company audited accounts for three (3) years
iii. Technical competence (List of plant/equipment) of the firm including profile of technical and administrative staff.
iv. Verifiable list of similar projects executed in the recent past with evidence and completion certificate.
v. Evidence of tax clearance certificate for the last three (3)years/VAT registration certificate.
vi. Original documents should be available for scrutiny on demand
vii. Evidence of financial capability to handle the work.
viii. Evidence of compliance with PHNCOM
ix. Evidence of payment of industrial training funds dues etc.
D. Submission of Application
Application for pre qualification of contractors should be returned in sealed envelope not later than 30th May 2014, at 12:00 noon thereof, while tenders will be opened one week after in the college chamber

E. The invitation for pre-qualification for contract is not an invitation to tender and only contractors that have been pre-qualified will be invited to tender.

I found this web very helpful to contractors and business men, but on several timest if I clicked on the job of interest as directed, hoping to see the full information concerning the bid, I found out that the web will not respond, is there some thing am supposed to do or not doing well? please assist me.
