Invitation for Pre-Qualification
1.0 Introduction
The National Board for technology incubation wishes to invite interested and reputable Contractors/Companies with relevant experience and good track records to Pre-Qualify for the following Projects:
2.0 Scope of Work
The scope of work includes:
LOT1:- Purchase of Advanced Industrial Equipment: – Acquisition of demonstration equipment for mass production and product quality assurance, Spectrometers, industrial machines etc.
LOT2:- Completion of on-going projects at Technology Incubation Centers (Provision of standby generator and firefighting equipment for Twenty three (23) Technology Incubation Centers (TIC’s) and completion of Temidere extension, TIC Kaduna, TIC Ilorin, TIC Ile Ife, TIC Ado Ekiti and Owode Yewa Extension.
LOT3:- Rehabilitation of Existing Infrastructures at Twenty one (21) Technology Incubation Centers (TIC’S).
LOT4:- Research and Development Commercialization: – Prototype development for R&D commercialization such as Agro-Allied fabrication (post-harvests), food processing plants technology upgrades and other industrial processing lines, etc
LOT5:- Development of Permanent site: -Abuja Headquarters.
LOT6:- Architectural and Engineering Designs of the structures at NBTI Headquarters permanent site, including revised cost estimates.
LOT7:- Provision of Quality control laboratory and Engineering workshop fornine (9) new Technology Incubation Centers and Two(2) Extensions.
LOT8:- Construction of Technology Incubation Units in Twenty seven (27) centers.
LOT9:- Establishment of Nine (9) new Technology Incubation Centers and Two (2) Extension Offices.
LOT10:- Procurement of ICT Equipment at the headquarters and 27 Technology Incubation Centers
3.0 Eligibility Criteria:
The following requirement for pre-qualification must be submitted along with company profile:
- Evidence of CAC/ Company Incorporation in Nigeria
- Evidence of Three (3) years Tax clearance and VAT certificate.
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
- Company profile with list of Technical/Management staff. Please include any Professional Membership Certificates of Technical Staff (NSE, COREN, Degree, HND etc) as evidence of technical capability
- Evidence of previous work experience, stating detailed clients, nature of work, works completion certificates, etc.
- Evidence of Financial Capability.
4.0 Submission
Pre-qualification documents must be in sealed envelope marked.
Confidential pre-qualification for NBTI 2014 fiscal year capital projects and the LOT of interest clearly printed at the top left corner of the envelope and submitted on or before Friday 29th of May, 2014 to:
