Invitation for Tender for Assessment Projects to be Carried out at Bayero University, Kano
1. Bayero University, Kano intends to undertake the under-listed projects at its various campuses.
2. Tenders are to be purchased by capable and competent suppliers/contractors who are currently registered with the Federal Ministry of Works and or Bayero University, Kano in relevant category. When completed the tender documents are to be returned with pre-qualification documents to contain the following:-
i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Evidence of Category of Registration as Contractor with BUK or FMW.
iii. Tax clearance Receipt/Certification for the last three (3) years.
iv. List of Plants/ Machinery and Equipment.
v. List and type of personnel working for the Company with their CVs.
vi. List of verifiable and similar projects completed within the last three (3) years with evidence.
vii. Evidence of Compliance with Pension Act
viii. List of on-going projects with their cost(s) and evidence of award.
ix. Relevant information concerning means of contacts, e.g. Telephone, E- mail addresses etc. of the company.
x. Photocopy of receipt as evidence of payment of tender processing fees.
3. The tender and pre-qualification documents are to be submitted on or before 24th March to the Registrar’s Office by 12:00 noon.
4. Late submission will not be considered.
