Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for Execution of year 2013 Capital Projects
- The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro hereby invites competent and reputable contractors for the submission of expression of interest in the execution of the under listed approved Projects under year 2013 Capital projects.
The Projects are:
- Construction of Generator house and fuel dump for the new generator
- Procurement of Surveillance Security Equipment
- Procurements of laboratory and workshop equipment for Agricultural Science and Agricultural Engineering departments.
- Procurement and installation of 500KVA power generating set, step up/step down transformers
- B. Pre-Qualification Requirements
- Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Tax clearance for the past three (3) years
- Audited Annual Financial Report of the Company for the past three (3) years
- Verifiable list of similar and other jobs successfully executed to completion by the Company
- List of Contracts/ Supplies currently undertaken by the company (including contract value and period)
- List of key personnel with qualification and experience
- List of equipment and technical capacity;
- Evidence of VAT Registration and Certificate;
- Evidence of Financial Capabilities and Bank Support (Bank Relevance)
- Evidence of Registration with Pensions Commission in compliance with provisions of Section 16 (6) d of the Public Procurement Act 2007 (PPA2007);
- Evidence of compliance with the provision of Section 6 (1) (3) of the amended Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No 19 of 2011 and
- Any other document that may complement the tender.
- C. Submission of Pre-qualification and Collection of Tender Documents
The relevant pre-qualification and tender documents should be neatly packaged in binders and clearly marked at the top left corner “Pre-Qualification or Tender Document For .……..” to the undersigned on or before 18th November, 2013.
The companies submitting the Pre-qualification and Tender documents should write the name of the company at the bottom left corner of the 2 envelopes for easy identification.
Interested Suppliers/Contractors should collect the bid documents at the office of the Ag. Director of Works and Services, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro upon the payment of a sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only payable to The Bursar, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State
The packages should be delivered to the address given below not later than 18th November, 2013. Submission closes at 12.00 noon on the closing date, 18th November, 2013.
Please Note:
- The Pre-qualification and Tender document will be opened on 18th November, 2013 at the Polytechnic Boardroom, West Campus, at 12 noon in the presence of all the bidders.
