Addendum to Invitation to Tender

The attention of members of the general public is hereby drawn to the following omissions in the above stated advertisement which appeared in The Nation and he Nigerian Observer of August 21st, 2013.

1.       A sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of Federal Science and Technical College, Uromi or Federal Ministry of Education or Bureau, of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidders and confirm that all information presented in its bids are true and correct

• Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) remittances
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years to be valid up to 31st December 2013

2.  The general public is also invited to note that the closing date for submission and opening of bids is now extended to Thursday, October 3rd 2013 and that all the criteria enumerated in the previous advertisement remain valid and must be fulfilled by all bidders.
