RE: Invitation For Tender

Following our adverts in Daily Trust Newspaper, Punch Newspaper and Federal Tenders Journal of 14^th July, 2014 for Invitation of Tenders and our postponement of same in the Daily Trust Newspaper of 21^st August, 2014; Opening of the Tenders will now hold the 19^th of November, 2014

Closing of Submission/Opening of Tenders:

Interested companies can still pick up the Tender Document for the Procurement of Beds/Foams and Rehabilitation of Incinerator/Hostel Blocks and Water Reticulation

Interested companies/firms should collect bid documents containing specification for the job from the Accounts Unit of the School on payment of N20, 000.00 non-refundable tender fee at the school from 9am – 3pm working days

Submission of tender will now close on 19^th November, 2014 by 12:00noon. Opening of technical bids will commence immediately same day 19^th November, 2014 at the School’s Mini Hall at 12.00noon prompt. The Financial Bids of only pre-qualified contractors would be opened.

Subsequently, within the year, contracts within the approval threshold of the Provost will be placed on the School Notice board for interested contractors/supplier.

NOTE: That all documents submitted by prospective contractors maybe forwarded to relevant agencies for verification.
