Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender under the 2014 Capital Projects
A. Introduction
The College wishes to invite reputable but, interested contractors to apply for prequalification to tender under the 2014 capital projects.
B. Projects Description:
Complex of Laboratories, Classrooms and Offices
C. Qualification
Applicant must satisfy the following criteria to pre-qualify to tender.
(i) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation/Business name registration.
(ii) Certificate true copy of memorandum and article of association
(iii) Company audited account for the last one year
(iv) Three (3) years Tax Clearance Certificate (most recent)
(v) Evidence of financial capacity backed by reputable bank
(vi) Evidence on similar jobs(s) done in the last three years
(vii) Company Profile with names of technical and administrative staff with their qualifications.
(viii) List of equipment and technical capacity
(ix) Annual turn over
(x) VAT registration and evidence of past remittance
(xi) Affidavit of fact
D. Submission of Documents
Pre- qualification documents should be forwarded to the under signed, in sealed envelope named Pre-Qualification to Tender under 2014 Capital Projects.
E. Closing Date for Submission
The deadline for submission of application for pre-qualification is 25th April 2014.
Please Note that:
(i) The pre-qualification documents received are to be opened on the closing date at 2:00 pm in the Council Chamber of the College.
(ii) Only pre-qualified contractor shall be invited to tender
(iii) The College reserves the right to reject any or all the documents and to terminate entire selection processes at any time without any explanation and liability to the College.
(iv) The College shall not go into any correspondence with any unpre-qualified contractor.
(v) The pre-qualification and any related process neither creates any commitment by College nor establishes any legal relationship.
(vi) All costs incurred by your company as a result of this pre-qualification exercise and any subsequent request for information shall be to your account.
