Advertisement for Appointment of a Facility Manager Olusegun Mimiko Senate Building at Adekunle Ajasin Uni Akungba – Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria.
This is to invite suitably qualified facility managing firms with proven track record in multi-storey building management to submit EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) for the management of the above-named building complex and its environment.
The Olusegun Mimiko Senate Building in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, is a 5-storey building with four wings, a central open court yard and a total usable floor area of about 15,000m2. It is an architectural edifice with the state-of-the art facilities that include car parks, an open Piazza, Lifts, two (2) 500KVA generators, a water treatment plant, a transformer, air conditioners, telephone, internet as well as fire and safety installations, a Generator house and the service block for drivers/gardeners.
The duties of the managing firm shall be but not limited to the followings: To provide services for the:-
Maintenance of Lifts, 2No – 500KVA Generators, water facilities/installations, electrical installations, air conditioners, telephone/intercom services, Fire and safety equipment
General cleaning of offices, toilets, external walkways, car parks and drainages as well as maintenance of the lawns/shrubs.
