Expression of Interest for External Audit Services

Kogi State University Anyigba is desirous of appointing new External Auditor, due to the expiration of the tenure of the incumbent. Proposal are therefore invited from reputable Chartered Accounting Firms that wish to be considered for appointment as External Auditor.

Requirements

Interested Firms should submit applications and proposals highlighting the following;

a)     Brief on the Firm

b)    Office location(s)

c)     Principal Partners

d)    Profile of Partners and Key Professional Staff

e)     Evidence of Practice License

f)      Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

g)     Tax Clearance Certificate(s) for the last three years

h)    Major previous clients and evidence

i)       Summary of Office Equipment

j)       Evidence of Registration with Kogi State Auditor-General

k)    Any other relevant information

Method of Application

Qualified Firms are requested to forward sealed applications/proposals in two (2) copies and marked “Application for External Audit Services” on the left top corner of the envelope to reach the Vice Chancellor, Kogi State University, Anyigba, Kogi State – Nigeria, not later than 12^th February, 2014.
