The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international, non-sectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
The IRC has been active in Nigeria since 2012, providing essential services for internally displaced persons and host communities in partnership with several international donors; the IRC is continuing its operations in North East Nigeria and is issuing this Request for Quotation to solicit competitive, sealed, proposals to establish a contract for provision of the following Service:
(1) Provision of security Guards Service at Three Locations in Yola, Adamawa State
Interested and suitable vendors are to provide this Service for an initial period of Three Months, renewable upon satisfactory completion. Security Companies registered with Physical Office Presence in Adamawa State will be considered and, should submit their offers and quotations in sealed envelopes by hand, clearly marked the tender reference number IRC/YOLA/05/205/001 and addressed to;

All bidders must fully provide the following documents:
(1) Company profile
(2) Bank details/financial capability from the angle of finance
(3) List of current Clients
(4) Location of the company
(5) Legal registration of the company with CAC i.e. corporate affairs commission
(6) Tax Clearance Certificate
(7) License to Operate as a Security Company
All required documentation must be submitted together with the Bid
