- This invitation for bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business of June 12, 2012,
- The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) and grants from the European Union (EU) towards the cost of State Employment and Expenditure for Results (SEEFOR) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Computer, Accessories and Battery Banks for e Governance Project, Bayelsa State.
- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB), a procedure specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and its open to all eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
- State Employment and Expenditure for Results (SEEFOR) Project, Bayelsa State, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the under listed items.
- Evaluation will be on Lot by Lot basis or combination of Lots. Award shall also be on Lot by Lot basis or combination of Lots. The Project shall give consideration to the combination that is most economical to the Employer.

- A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifteen thousand Naira (N15, 000.00). The method of payment shall be by bank draft or cash paid into the State Employment and Expenditure for Results (SEEFOR) Project Account No. 1013521548 at the Yenagoa Branch of Zenith Bank Plc, Yenagoa. The bidding document will be available from November 12, 2014.
- Bids must be delivered to the office of the State Employment and Expenditure for Results (SEEFOR) Project, Ekeki Housing Estate Phase II, Along Sani Abaeha Road, Yenagoa on or before 12.00 Noon November 26, 2014. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated per Lot as follows:
