Invitation for Bids

1. The Ministry wishes to purchase 1No Hilux Van Toyota Model 2.7 and requires competent and interested Bidders to apply for the job.
2. The interested Companies must have registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Enugu State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure and Enugu state Ministry of Finance and Economic Development as Contractors.
3. Must be up -to- date with three years tax clearance (2012, 2013 & 2014).
4. Must have evidence of similar jobs done (Award letters, Agreements, etc)
5. Bank Guarantee of at least 10% of the total cost from a good commercial bank and date of delivery well stated.
6. The prices must be well specified.
7. A non-refundable processing fee of twenty thousand (N20,000.00) Naira only should be paid by any interested Bidder.
8. The bids must be sealed, properly addressed to the Hon. Commissioner, and submitted to the Planning, Research and Statistics( PRS) Dept. on or before September 9, 2014 and Bids to be opened on September 10, 2014 by 12pm.
