The African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET) is in the process of pre-qualifying suppliers and contractors for the provision of goods and services listed below for the period February 2015 to August 2017. Current suppliers and service providers who wish to be retained in the register are encouraged to apply.

Interested suppliers and service providers may obtain the suppliers’ registration form for documentation from AFENET Nigeria website: www.nigeria-feltp.net.
Completed pre-qualification documents should be sent via email to: info@nfeltp.org. The Code and Category being applied for clearly indicated on the suppliers registration form.
The deadline for receiving the pre-qualification bids is March 15th 2015.
