Tender for Procurement of Project Vehicle

The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Programme “Support Programme to the ECOWAS Commission”, co-financed by The German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development and The European Union, would like to procure one (1) project vehicle:

Specifications:

Body type: SUV/ Van:

Colour: bright (white, blizzard pearl)

Eco-friendly: 8 to 10 litres per 100 Km

Engine capacity: 2-3 Liters / 4-6 cylinders

Transmission type: manual

No 4WD,

Fuel tank capacity: 50-75 litres

Fuel type: Petrol (not diesei)

Seat type: fabric

Engine power: 100-200 hp

Suspension: Any

Sitting capacity: enough space for at least 7 persons

Brake system: Antilock breaking system/ Power-assisted ventilated front and rear disc brakes with Star Safety System; Air bags (front and sides)

Eligible bidders should be certified car dealers and/or those who can provide a certificate of origin. Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

(a)     A quotation which should take the form of a Pro Forma Invoice, stating the complete technical specifications and giving unit and total prices for the item(s). The total price should be broken down as follows; Net price ex stock; Cost of packing; Transport costs; VAT; Total price.

(b)     Further mandatory indications are:

(i)      Delivery address: GIZ Country Office4 Julius Nyerere Cres., Asokoro, Abuja.

(ii)     Date of delivery: Phase indicate your shortest delivery time from reception of order (one week maximum)

(iii)    Terms of payment – Immediately after delivery

(c)      Comprehensive Company Profile

(d)     Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

(e)      Evidence of being certified dealers and/or adequate and reliable certificates including certificate of origin

(f)      Evidence of experience of previous jobs.
