Tender for Procurement of Project Vehicle

The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Trade-relate project; Strengthening Nigeria’s Trade   Support   Institutions   (SNTSI)”, financed by the European Union and by the Federal Government of Germany would like to procure one (1) project vehicle:

Specifications

• Toyota Pick-up Van
• 4×4 Double Cabin
• Petrol Engine
• Solid off-roader for implementation of project activities, also at border areas
• Additional materials and spare parts should be easily accessible in Nigeria
• After sale service will be an advantage (specifically if available in Abuja and larger cities all over Nigeria)

Eligible bidders are certified Toyota dealers and/or those who can provide a certificate of origin.

The successful tender will be selected through a competitive process. For consideration, all tenders should be submitted as a hard copy in a sealed envelope to the GIZ Office reception at No. 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja labelled thus:

“Project vehicle publication”, OR as an email attachment to procurement-nigeria@giz.de with email subject line thus:

“Project vehicle publication”.

Tenders will only be accepted if they are received at the physical address or email address indicated no later than 3^rd June, 2014
