- An inspection of the items is scheduled for August 4- 10, 2014 between the hours of 9am and 4pm daily.
- Bids will be received via the Bid Box located at the offices of Ibile holdings Limited, 62/64 Campbell Street, Lagos not later than the 12th day of August, 2014.
- Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the bidder’s name, address and telephone number.
- All bids must be signed as follows:
- If the bidder is an individual, by him/her personally.
- If the bidder is a partnership, by the name of the partnership, followed by a signature of each general partner; and
- If the bidder is a company, by an authorized officer whose signature must be attested to by the company Secretary and the corporate seal affixed.
- Bids will not be accepted if they are turned in later than the deadline stated above.
- The bid opening will be at the offices of Ibile Holdings Limited on the 13th day of August, 2014 by 10am prompt.
- All bidders must provide both a unit price and a total price for each item listed.
- The items will be sold on an item-by-item basis to the responsive and responsible bidder(s) offering the highest price for each of the items scheduled.
- All bid prices submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB), must remain firm for twenty-five (25) days following the bid opening.
- Ibile Holdings Limited reserves the right to cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if the company determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the company.
- If at the time of the scheduled bid opening, the company is closed due to uncontrolled events; the bid opening will be postponed to 10am on the next normal business day.
