Request for Expressions of Interest
The Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) hereby invites interested and reputable Consultants with requisite experience and good track record, to submit Expression of Interest for the collection of Contributions for NSITF under the Employees’ Compensation Scheme (ECS).
A. Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
Interested Consultants should submit the following documents:
i) Current Tax Clearance Certificate for 2010, 2011 and 20 12 respectively.
ii) Evidence of relevant professional membership and Practice License
iii) Evidence of registration and renewable with the office of the Auditor General of the Federation
iv) Evidence of Pension Contributions for the folio wing years; 2010, 2011 and 2012
v) Evidence that the Company has fulfilled all its obligations to Pensions and Industrial Training Fund (ITF) as required by the Pension Reform Act (2004) and ITF Amended Act (2011)
vi) Registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria
vii) Company Registration with Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) of the EFCC
viii) Evidence of financial capability
ix) Non refundable bid fee of N20, 000 .00
x) Verifiable evidence of having carried out similar exercise in at least ten (10) states of the Federation.
xi) Evidence of having been engaged in similar revenue/recovery assignments with combined turnover of not less than N1 billion in the last five (5) years.
xii) Evidence of compliance with the ECA through evidence of payments of Employee Contributions to NSITF.
B. Submission of Expression Interest
Interested consultants should submit the requisite documents for Expression of Interest in a sealed envelope clearly marked ‘Expressions of Interest* with Company name to the Managing Director, Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) at the above address on or before 12.00 noon, Thursday 16th January, 2013.
C. Opening of Bids
The bids for Expressions of Interest will be opened at 1.00pm on Thursday, 16th January, 2014 at the Conference Room of AREWA SUITE,, ABUJA, Samuel Adesoji Ademulegun Street, Off Herbert Macaulay Way, Central Area, Abuja in the presence of the Company’s representative, NGOs, Civil Societies and the General Public.
Note:
- Expressions of Interest shall be submitted upon payment of a non refundable fee of N20, 000.00 in a Certified Bank Draft payable to Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund.
- Bidders are to register their bids on submission on the Third (3rd) Floor at the Funds Procurement Department at the above address.
- This advert does not in any way construe to any Consultant a promise of selection and the Fund reserves the right to cancel all or part of the bidding process.
- Bids submitted after 12:00 noon of the opening day will not be accepted.
- All Stakeholders are hereby invited.
