Request for Expression of Interest Maintenance of Generators
The Federal Road Safety Corps seeks to engage -the services of a professional engineering firm to maintain and ensure optimal performance of operational heavy duty generating sets.
Accordingly, the Corps invites interested qualified firms to indicate interest to offer this service.
2. Pre-Qualification Requirements
Pre-qualification requirements are listed hereunder:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
c. Evidence of payment of tax for the last three years (2011, 2012 and 2013)
d. Evidence, of VAT registration
e. Verifiable proof of company’s financial capacity to deliver (Bank reference)
f. Evidence of payment of training contributions to ITF (Industrial Training Fund)
g. Evidence of experience of similar jobs
3. Deadline for Submissions
Proposals are to be in four (4) copies with the name, phone number and address of the firm indicated on the reverse side of each envelope. All submissions are to be made to the undersigned by or before 12 noon, Monday 28 July 2014.
