Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Cleaning Sanitary Services
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD) is desirous of hiring the services of a cleaning company that will be charged with the responsibility of keeping the Ministry’s Headquarters and its Out-stations clean.
In this regards, the Ministry therefore invites interested reputable Cleaning Services Companies to submit Expression of Interest documents for the cleaning services.
(2) General Qualification Criteria
Interested companies must be Nigerian companies and should submit EOI documents accompanied with the following:-
(i) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and Forms; C07.
(ii) Evidence of registration with PENCOM.
(iii) Copy of current Tax Clearance Certificate (2012 – 2014) verifiable from Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
(iv) Evidence of VAT Registration & Past VAT remittance.
(v) Evidence of Contribution to Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
(vi) Company Audited Accounts for last 3 years Detailed Company Profile.
(vii) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers with the BPP.
(viii) Evidence of registration with the Environmental Health Officers Registration Council of Nigeria (EHORCN).
(ix) Evidence of 2-3 similar jobs previously executed or currently being executed (including letters of award, completion certificates).
(x) Any other document(s) to support the application as may be contained in the expression of interest document.
(3) Submission of Expression of Interest Documents
The completed expression of interest documents must be submitted in three (3) copies including one (1) original and two (2) copies on or before 12 noon on Tuesday 31st of March, 2015 to the address below:

Opening of Expression of Interest Documents
The Expression of Interest documents will be opened publicly immediately after the close of submission at 1.00pm, on Tuesday 31st March, 2015 in the Ministry’s Conference Room B. All consultants, relevant NGOs and CSOs are invited to witness the exercise.

Only shortlisted companies will be invited for financial proposal and the contravention of the conditions in Paragraph 2(i to x) could lead to disqualification.
