Kindly refer to the advertisement that appeared in the Guardian and This day Newspaper page 82 and viii respectively of Tuesday 23^rd September, 2014: The initial closing date for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) for the above consultancy services slated for 7th October, 2014 has now been extended to 10^th October, 2014 due to the recent public holidays.
