RE: Expression of Interest for:
1. National Survey of Depleted Uranium
2. Production of Architectural Drawings for Headquarters and Zonal Offices
3. Legal Services
The Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NNRA) wishes to draw the attention of the General Public to its earlier advert dated 31st July 2013 on the consultancy services listed above. In the same regard, please note that conditions for eligibility of prospective consultants are as follows:
i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Current Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
iv. Company’s Audited Financial Accounts and funding information over the past Three (3) years endorsed by a firm of Chartered Accountants.
v. Evidence of financial capacity from reputable Bank(s)
vi. Evidence of compliance with industrial Training Fund Regulations
vii. Evidence of compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004 (as amended)
viii. Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (where applicable)
ix. Evidence of registration with (ARCON) Architects Registration Council of Nigeria – for Lot 2 only.
x. Verifiable evidence of similar projects previously executed including letters of awards and completion Certificates within the past Three (3) years
xi. Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of NNRA or BPP is a former or present director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particular
xii. Any additional information that will enhance the potential of the contractor/supplier
xiii. List of ongoing projects, (if any)
xiv. Photocopy of Tenders receipt
The closing date for submission still remains 27th September 2013 before 12:00 noon. The Bid opening will take place at 12:00 noon in the NNRA Conference
