Public Disclosure of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) of the Proposed 2x45MW Simple Cycle Gas Power Project at Mogboro, Obafemi Owode LGA, Ogun State by BRESSON AS NIGERIA LIMITED.
In accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Act Cap E12 LFN 2004, which makes it mandatory for proponents of all new major development activities to carry out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of their proposed projects, the Federal Ministry of Environment hereby announces a twenty-one (21) working days Public Notice for information and comments on the Draft EIA Report submitted by Bresson AS Nigeria Limited.

Project Description:
The proposed project will entail the construction and operation of a 2 X 45MW (90M W) Simple Cycle Gas Power Plant and other associated facilities on a total land take of 2 hectares out of the acquired 10 hectares at Magboro in Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State.

Date: 20th April-22nd May, 2015.
Time: 8:00am – 4:00pm Daily.
