Invitation to Tender for 2015 Capital Projects
The National Productivity Centre (NPC) is a Federal Government Parastatal under the Ministry of Labour and Productivity. In line with the Centre’s mandate of enhancing individual and organizational productivity, the Centre is requesting for competent contractors for the execution of its capital projects as follows:
LOT 1: ANNIVERSARIES AND CELEBRATIONS (NATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY DAY-NPD-AND NATIONAL ORDER OF MERIT AWARD-NPOMA
SCOPE: To organize symposium, exhibition of made in Nigeria goods, panel meetings, Road shows and National Productivity Order of Merit Award-NPOMA- National Productivity Day-NPD celebrations.
LOT 2- RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
SCOPE: Design and install Productivity and Quality Improvement Programmes in the Public and Private Sectors
LOT 3: PRODUCTIVITY SOFTWARE-PUBLIC SERVICE EXCELLENCE MODEL
SCOPE: To design productivity software on Public Service Excellence Model for the Centre
LOT 4: MONITORING AND EVALUATION
SCOPE: To monitor and evaluate the Centre’s projects and Programmes in 11 State
Requirements
Interested firms should include the following in their expression of interest:
(a) Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(b) Comprehensive Company Profile
(c) Copy of the Company s three years consecutive tax clearance
(d) Copy of the Company’s VAT certificate
(e) Evidence of execution of similar jobs by the contractor
(f) Evidence of compliance with PENCOM Act, ITF Act etc.
Deadline for Submission of Document
The bid documents (Technical and Financial) should be submitted in separate envelopes and jointly in one envelope into the Tender box at the office of the Head of Procurement Unit in the Director-General’s office, National Productivity Centre, Plot 2173 Cape Town Street, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja.
The envelopes for Technical documents would be publicly opened by 12.00noon on the 30th of July, 2015.
Note: This process shall not place any commitment on the NPC nor establish legal relationship whatsoever No communication shall be entered into with any unsuccessful contractor.
