Invitation to Tender for 2014 Capital Projects:
Federal Government Girl’s College, Potiskum, here by calls for tender from interested contractors for 2014 capital projects as stated below:
- Lot 1: Renovation of 2 nos. of Hostels
Lot 2: Renovation of Admin. Block
Lot 3: Renovation of 1 no. Block of 6 classrooms
Lot 4: Replacement of damaged students desk lockers and chairs for classroom.
- Tender Requirements
All interested contractors are required to submit the following:
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence from the Companies Bankers as to their Financial Capacity to undertake the project.
iii. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2011-2013).
- Evidence of VAT payment.
- Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Evidence of National Pension Commission Compliance.
vii. Evidence of Qualified Technical and Professional Staff.
viii. A comprehensive company profile to include verifiable key professional staff and evidence of financial capabilities, including Audited Accounts for the last (3) years.
- Evidence of similar jobs being currently undertaken.
- Evidence of completion of similar jobs in the past.
- Evidence of registration with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
- Tender Documents:
Tender documents are obtainable in the school on the presentation of Bank Draft of Non- Refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira only (N20,000.00) per project.
- Closing of Submissions:
Submission of bidding documents closes on Thursday 30th October, 2014 by 10:00am and the opening of tender commences by 12:00noon same day.
