The Federal Government of Nigeria has received credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of Growth and Employment (GEM) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract Procurement of ICT Systems (IT Infrastructure Backbone/Data Center), Audio Visual, Office Equipments and Accessories.
The Growth and Employment (GEM) Project of FMI,T&I now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of ICT Systems (IT Infrastructure Backbone/Data Center), Audio Visual, Office Equipments and Accessories below.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Growth and Employment Project Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am -4:00 pm Local time (Mondays- Fridays)
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address and upon payment of a non refundable fee of N10,000:00k. The method of payment will be by Bank Teller to Growth and Employment (GEM) Project with UBA Plc Account No. 1014387006. The bidding document can be physically collected by hand at the address below or sent by courier service on request.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12 noon on Monday April 28th 2014. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person on Monday 28th April, 2014 by 12 noon at the address below. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of at least 2.5% of the bid price.
