 Invitation to Tender

(1)     Introduction

The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria is a Parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Health. In accordance with the Provision of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the Council hereby invites interested Companies/Agents to Tender for the followings:

Lot 1

Production of Nurses Badges  –        25,000 Units

Midwives Badges                    –        15,000 Units

(Specimen available for Sighting) 

Lot 2

Purchase and Installation of 250KVA Soundproof Generator (Perkins) – 2 Units

Specifications:

400/230 V – 3 phases, Perkins direct injector, Water-cooled diesel engine. 

(2)     Tender Requirements

Interested Companies are to submit the following:

(a)     Company’s Profile

(b)    Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

(c)      VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of past VAT remittance

(d)     Tax clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years

(e)      Evidence of Pension Registration and Remittance with the National Pension Commission

(f)      Evidence of Similar supplies/Contracts executed in the Last 3 years

(g)     Evidence of Financial capability/bank support

(h)     Evidence of payment of tender fee of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, to the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria at First Bank of Nigeria, Account Number- 2014179152

(3)     Submission of Tender Documents

Technical and Financial Bid documents should be Enveloped, Sealed, and Waxed separately and addressed to:

All sealed documents should be hand delivered by authorized representative of the Company/Agent to the Office of the Head of Procurement (Room 9), not later than 12: 00noon on 29th September, 2015

All Tender Documents will be publicly opened at:
