Invitation to Tender
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) wishes to invite tenders for the execution of the following prefects.
Scope of Work

Tendering Requirements
In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, prospective bidders MUST submit with their Tenders, the following documents:
a) Certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b) Company’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the fast 3 years (2011 -2013)
c) VAT Registration certificate
d) Audited accounts of the company for the last 3 years (2011-2013)
e) Evidence of compliance and remittances of Pensions and industrial Training Fund (ITF) contributions
f) Verifiable documentary evidences (Award letters, Contract Agreements etc) of similar jobs successfully executed within the last three years.
g) Evidence from the company’s bankers as to its financial capacity to undertake the project if awarded,
h) A sworn statement that the company is not in receivership or about to be in receivership or not a replacement for a hitherto tax defaulting company
i) Evidence of Payment of the appropriate tender fee.
Collection of Tender Documents
Interested companies should collect tender documents from the Procurement Unit of the Commission, at the Adamawa Plaza, Abuja, 1st Floor, Room 112 upon payment of non-refundable tender fee (in form of Bank draft to Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission) as follows”

Submission of Tender Documents
Three sets of each completed Tender Documents (original and 2 copies) must be delivered in sealed envelopes marked “TENDER DOCUMENTS… (State Lot concerned)” to the address below not later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 12, 2014. The completed tender documents should be dropped into box located in this address. All tenders shall be opened immediately after closure of submission on the same date.

Additional Information
a) Please note that white bidders may apply for more than one lot (in separate envelopes), only one lot would be awarded to one firm.
b) Submissions made by e-mail and late submissions will be rejected.
c) NERC shaft reserve the right to verify the authenticity of claim(s) made by the tendering parties.
d) NERC shall reserve the right to reject any submission based on unverifiable information.
e) All financial bids should be quoted in Naira (N).
