Invitation to Tender
In compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the National Information Technology Development Agency hereby invites tenders from reputable and competent contractors with proven experience to apply for the projects listed below:

32 | Production of Short Sketches on IT |
Eligibility Criteria:-
Interested Contractors are to submit the following documents in the order stipulated below:
a) Evidence of Incorporation and Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with Memorandum and Articles of Association (C07).
b) Evidence of Registration as Contractor with NITDA.
c) Genuine Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years i.e 2011, 2012 and 2013.
d) Evidence of Technical Expertise.
e) List of Verifiable, Similar Projects completed within last three (3) years.
f) Registration with Computer Professionals (Registration Council of Nigeria) CPN will be an added advantage.
g) Evidence of Financial Capability supported with bank statements for the last six months from a bank.
h) Evidence of Pension Fund/ITF contribution.
i) Every Submission must be accompanied with an affidavit that all information and documents submitted are true and correct.
Submission of Tender Documents:
The prospective bidders should submit both “Technical” and
“Financial bids in separate envelopes and clearly mark them appropriately, Both bids should be put in a sealed larger envelope with the lot name, number, company name and address indicated.
All bidders must fill the bid submission register after submitting their bids in the procurement Unit.
All bids must be submitted not less than 19th May 2014 to:

The documents should be submitted after due registration in the Bid box at the Procurement Unit of the Agency’s First Floor by 12 noon.

- Only the financial bids of companies that met the technical criteria shall be opened during the Bid opening
- Submission of tender by post or courier will not be accepted.
- The Agency reserves the right to annul the bidding process at any time without incurring any liabilities and assigning any reason thereto.
- This request for pre-qualification shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of NITDA nor shall it entitle the submitting organization to neither make any claims whatsoever nor seek any indemnity from NITDA by virtue of responding to this advert.
- This advert also serves as invitation to any interested NGO and members of the general public who may wish to witness the bid opening exercise.
