Invitation to Tender
Bids are hereby invited from interested and reputable Contractors with relevant experience and good record in respect of the following projects:
Lot 1: Renovation, Repair of 3 Nos. Classroom Blocks
Lot 2: Renovation of Admin Block
Lot 3: Renovation / Repair of 6 Nos. of Hostel
Lot 4: Renovation/ Repair of (2 Nos.) High Rise Staff Quarters
Lot 5: Renovation/Repair of 2 Nos. Lecture Theatre
Lot 6: Provision of 2 Nos. Borehole
Lot 7: Purchase of Vehicle (Utility Bus)
Lot 8: Repair/Renovation of College GYMN.
Lot 9: Renovation of School Hall
Lot 10: Provision of 50 Nos. Desktop Computers with Internet Fac1ities
Lot 11: Expansion/Renovation of College Sickbay
Bidding Criteria
All interested Contactors are required to submit the following documents along with the financial bids.
- Evidence of Company registration with CAC
- Evidence of previous jobs done with completion certificates
- Current tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years ending in December 2013
- Evidence of VAT registration Certificate with TIN NO
- Evidence of Financial Capability to execute the project
- Evidence of payment of Bidding fee per slot
- Company Profile Showing Personnel and relevant equipment
- Affidavit of non insolvency of company, director not a convict or ex-convict and Not a member of the Tender’s Board
- Evidence of ITF certificate
Collection of Tender Documents:
Bid documents are to be collected upon payment of non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) only per project to the college. Bid documents are to be collected from the office of the V.P (SD)
Submission of Tender Documents:
Completed bids should be submitted in three copies and all pages duly endorsed by the bidders to the Principal’s office. The documents should be sealed and labeled “Technical and Financial Bids there in contained” with the lot number bidded for, clearly written at the top left hand corner of the envelope and addressed to:
The Secretary, Tender’s Board, Queen’s College, Lagos.
Closing date and time of submission of bid documents is 12.00 p.m on 11th June, 2014 and tenders shall be opened at 1.00 pm on 11th June, 2014
Bidders or their representatives are advised to be present.
