Invitation to Tender

Federal Government College Keffi invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the following projects:

1. Projects:

(a)     Capital Projects

(i)      Renovation of a block of female hostel.

(b)     MDG Projects

(i)      Construction of 2 blocks of 6 V.I.P toilets.

(ii)     Construction of a modern kitchen

(iii)    Drilling of 2 solar powered boreholes and water reticulation

1. Qualification Requirements for Bidding Include:

(i)      Evidence of registration with Cooperate Affairs Commission

(ii)     Comprehensive company profile.

(iii)    Tax clearance for the past three (3) years to be valid till December 31^st 2013.

(iv)    VAT clearance certificate

(v)     Evidence of similar work executed in the last three (3) years.

(vi)    Evidence of financial viability/strength to execute projects.

(viii)  Evidence of payment of non-re fundable tender fee of N20,000(Twenty Thousand Naira) in favour of the Principal. FGC Keffi.

1. Bidding Documents: Bidding documents are to be collected from the office of the Bursar. Federal Government College. Keffi on the payment of a non-refundable fee of N20.000 (Twenty Thousand Naira Only) in bank draft. The bank draft should be made payable to the Principal, Federal Government College, Keffi.
2. Opening Of Bids: Opening of bids is on 16th October 2014 by 11.00am. The documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender Documents” for each job in view as itemized above and shall be delivered to The Principal, Federal Government College Keffi, Nasarawa State.

The above date of bid opening supersedes the earlier date stated in our advertisement on the Nigeria Tribune of Tuesday, 12th August 2014 Interested members of the public are hereby invited to the proceedings of the Tenders’ opening on the 16^th October of 2014 at the College Hall Of Fame. Tenderers or then authorized representatives are advised to be in attendance.
