1. Introduction
The independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory functions and in compliance with Due Process requirements invites interested and reputable Companies/Contractors with relevant experience and good track records to bid for any of the under-listed Projects.

2. Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested Companies are required to submit the following documents:
(i) Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C.)
(ii) 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate (2011 -2013);
(iii) Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of Compliance, confirming Company’s fulfillment of its statutory obligation to the employee in respect to Pensions,
(iv) Evidence of 1% ITF Training Contributions
(v) VAT Registration and past evidence of remittances
(vi) Last three (3) Year’s Company’s Audited Account (2011-2013).
(vii) Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking Support including Annual Turn-over
(viii) A detailed company profile showing list of professional staff, their qualification and experience;
(ix) Evidence of technical capability and experience with similar project executed in the last three (3) years (letters of award and completion certificates to be attached);
(x) Telephone (GSM) number(s) of the Principal Partners of the Firm.
3. General Information
i. The Closing date for submission of the bid documents shall be Monday, 24th February, 2014 at 12:00 p.m.
ii. The Pre-qualification/Tender documents submitted on/or before the closing date and time shall be opened at Commission’s premises immediately after the closure.
iii. No Company shall apply for more than one (1) Lot.
iv. Only firms that are successful from the Pre-qualification exercise shall be contacted and invited for financial bids.
v. For further enquiries, please contact Director ICT, (NEC Headquarters, Abuja between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily, from Monday to Friday during the period covered by this advertisement.
4. Submissions
All submissions must be delivered in four (4) neatly bound copies, each in sealed envelope clearly marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR THE (indicate the project title at the top right hand comer of the envelopes) and addressed to The Secretary, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Plot 436 Zambezi Crescent, Maitama – District, Abuja.
