The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory functions and in compliance with Due Process requirements invites interested and reputable Companies with relevant experience and good track records to submit Pre-qualification Documents for any of the under-listed Projects.

A. Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested companies are required to submit the following documents:
(i) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C.).
(ii) 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate (2010, 2011-2012).
(iii) Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of compliance, confirming company’s fulfilment of its statutory obligation to the employee in respect to Pensions.
(iv) Evidence of 1% ITF Training Contributions.
(v) VAT registration and past evidence of remittances.
(vi) Last three (3) Year’s Company’s Audited Account (2010, 2011-2012).
(vii) Evidence of financial capability and banking support including Annual Turn-Over.
(viii) A detailed company profile showing list of professional staff, their qualification and experience.
(ix) Evidence of technical capability and experience with similar projects executed in the last three (3) years (letters of award and completion certificates to be attached.
(x) Telephone (GSM) number(s) of the Principal Partners of the Firm.
B. General Information
(i) The deadline for submission of the pre-qualification documents shall be Tuesday, 29th April 2014 at 12:00 noon While opening of submitted documents will be immediately after the deadline on Tuesday, 29th April, 2014 by 12.00 noon at the Commission Conference Hall, Maitama, Abuja.
(ii) Only firms that are successful from the pre-qualification exercise shall be contacted and invited for financial bids.
(iii) For further enquiries, please contact Director, ICT, INEC Headquarters, Abuja between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm daily, from Monday to Friday during the period covered by this advertisement.
C. Submissions
All submissions must be delivered in four (4) neatly bound copies, each in sealed envelope clearly marked “Pre-qualification Document for the (indicating the Category, Item, Lot number and location of choice as applicable at the top right hand corner of the envelopes) and addressed to:
