1.0 Introduction:
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory functions and in compliance with Due Process requirements invites interested and reputable Companies with relevant experience and good track records to submit Pre-qualification Documents for the under-listed Projects.

3.0 Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested companies are required to submit the following documents:
(i) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission by inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Article of Association;
(ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) consecutive years; (2012, 2013, and 2014).
(iii) Evidence of VAT registration and past remittances;
(iv) Audited Accounts of the Company in the last three years (2012, 2013, and 2014)
(v) Evidence of compliance with statutory provision of Section 6, (1) – (3) of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act, 2011.
(vi) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project and banking support;
(vii) Evidence of registration with PENCOM, remittance of Pension Contribution on behalf of employees to various PFAs and other social security.
(viii) Evidence of similar jobs executed; including award letters and Certificate of Completion.
(ix) Comprehensive company profile, listing key technical personnel stating their roles, designation, qualifications and years of experience including copies of educational and professional certificates;
(x) Any other relevant information or documents;
(xi) Company Representatives Phone Numbers and e-mail address(es).
4.0 Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
All documents must be submitted in two (2) bound copies enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR THE (Indicate project description and lot number)” addressed to:

5.0 General Information
(i) This invitation for pre-qualification is not an invitation to tender.
(ii) Only firms that are prequalified will be invited to submit technical and financial bids, and also to demonstrate their solution. Those successful through this process will be invited for opening of financial bids.
(iii) No company is permitted to apply for more than one (1) lot in Category K (13 Lots). Failure to comply with the above instruction disqualifies the company’s application.
(iv) The deadline for submission of the Prequalification documents shall be on Tuesday, 29th September, 2015 by 12.00 (noon), and opening of the prequalification documents will be immediately after the deadline on Tuesday, 29th September, 2015 by 12.00 (noon) at the Commission’s Conference Hall, INEC HQ, Maitama-Abuja.
