Invitation to Tender for the Audit of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) Pension’s Board of Trustees Statement of Accounts

 The Board of Trustees of the Pension Scheme, designed for retirees under the old schemes invites eligible firms of Accountants who meet the under-listed requirements, to submit their application for tender.

The scope of the assignment shall be the audit of the scheme.

 Interested firms should furnish the Board the following:

(i)      Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.

(ii)     Evidence of tax payment for the last three (3) years as and when due.

(iii)    Evidence of payment into employees’ Retirement Savings Account (RSA) in compliance with extant provision of Pension Reforms Act 2004.

(iv)    Evidence of Compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) regulation

(where applicable).

(v)     Evidence of registration with the office of the Auditor-General for the

Federation.

(vi)    Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria

(FRCN).

Submission should be forwarded, in sealed envelope, not later than 4.00p.m., on Wednesday, March 4^th 2015 to the address below:
