Invitation For Pre-Qualification Of Contractors For Procurement Of Goods On 2013 Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Tetfund) Special Intervention Projects at Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba
Competent and qualified Firms/Companies are invited to submit Pre- Qualification documents for the following strategic procurement described below:

Pre-Qualification Requirements for Contractors
Interested contractors are invited to submit the following pre-qualification documents:
- Verifiable evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Verifiable evidence of TAX clearance certificate for the last Three (3) years with Tax Identification Number boldly indicated on the certificate.
- Evidence of VAT Registration.
- Evidence of PENCOM Registration.
- Evidence of audited account of the firm/company’s financial details for the last Three (3) years.
- Verifiable office and workshop address(es); NOT P.O. BOX but should include telephone number(s) of company Director(s).
- Company’s profile and evidence of relevant/similar projects executed,
- Evidence from the company’s bankers as to its financial capability to undertake the project.
- Evidence of Registration with Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
- Statement as to completion date of the project.
Arrangement of documents (in soft and hard copies) should follow the order in the list above appropriately numbered. Each parcel should have a table of content indicating the pages on which these items are to be found.
Submission of Application
All applications for pre-qualification must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification” at the top corner of the envelope and should be addressed to the Registrar, Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba on or before 15th July, 2014. Pre-Qualification documents received will be opened at 12.00 noon on the closing date at the Board Room, Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba (Temporary Site).
This invitation for pre-qualification is not an invitation to tender. Only prequalified companies/firms will be invited to tender.
