Invitation for Pre-Qualification for Execution of 2014 Capital and Recurrent Projects
1.0 Introduction:
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory obligations, invites interested Companies with relevant experience and good track records to prequalify for the under listed project:
2.0 Scope
Supply of Double Cabin Pick-Up 4×4 Vehicles to 36 States, FCT and JNEC Headquarters, Abuja
Each of the 36 States, FCT and Headquarters, Abuja is a Lot (38 Lots)
3.0 Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested companies are required to submit the following documents:
(i) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C) by inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association
(ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) consecutive years (2010, 2011 and 2012) corresponding with declared annual turnover
(iii) Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of Compliance
(iv) Evidence of compliance with statutory provision of Section 6. (1 ) – (3) of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act, 2011
(v) Audited Accounts of the Company for the last three (3) years (2010, 2011 and 201 2)
(vi) Evidence of VAT Registration and past remittances
(vii) Evidence of Financial capability and banking support
(viii) Evidence of similar jobs executed in the last (3) years including letters of award and completion certificates
(ix) Any other relevant documents )

4.0 Submission of Documents
All submissions must be delivered in two (2) spirally bound copies enclosed in sealed envelopes MARKED “PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR THE (indicate Location of choice i.e. State, FCT or Headquarters)” and addressed to:

5.0 General Information
i) This pre-qualification notice is not an invitation to tender. Only firms/ companies that are successful from the pre-qualification exercise will be contacted and invited to tender
ii) Deadline for submission is Tuesday, 17th June, 2014 by 11,00 a.m. Companies submitting must sign the tender register at the reception desk before dropping the tender into the tender box. Incorrectly labeled and or late submission will be rejected. Opening of all submitted documents will be immediately after the deadline, on Tuesday, 17th June, 2014 by 11.00 a.m. at the Commission’s Conference Hall, INEC Headquarters, Maitama Abuja.
