Invitation for Pre-Qualification
National Biotechnology Development Agency (NABDA) hereby invites interested, reputable and competent contractors/consultants/suppliers for consideration for jobs in the following areas:
(a) Completion & furnishing of the Headquarters building
(b) Asphalt over laying of the car park at the Headquarters
(c) Development of Bio Resources Centres
(d) Development of mini-ethanol plants
(e) Completion of on-going projects at various Bio-Resources Development Centres
(f) Landscaping and maintenance services
(g) General Cleaning services
(h) Security Services
(i) Other capital projects
Requirements
All applications should be accompanied with the following documents for consideration:
1) Evidence of incorporation of the Company/Business name Registration with C. A.C.
2) Evidence of Registration with NABDA in category “C”
3) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate& VAT Certificate
4) Evidence of Financial Capabilities; Bank reference letter
5) Evidence of similar project executed and technical capability
6) Experience/technical qualification of key personnel
7) Equipment and technology capacity
8) Evidence of payment of non-refundable processing fee of N 10,000 per each lot
Submission
All interested contractors/suppliers should make their submission in a sealed envelope clearly marked “APPLICATION TO TENDER FOR LOT” and must reach the address below not later than 10th March, 2014
Those who pre-qualify, will be invited to tender.
