Invitation for Pre-Qualification
A. Introduction.
In compliance with the procurement Act, 2007 for the Certification of procedure for procurement of goods and services in Federal Government establishments, the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre, Abuja wishes to pre-qualify interested and competent contractors/service providers who wish to tender for approved projects in its year 2014 Capital Budget and Millennium Development Goals Programme.
B. Scope of Work.
Lot 1. Purchase of Office Furniture
Lot 2. Purchase of Teaching/Learning/Training Aid Equipment
Lot 3. Purchase of Motor Vehicle
Lot 4 Rehabilitation / Repairs of Building
C. Prequalification Criteria.
To qualify for Pre-qualification, interested companies are required to submit pre-qualification documents as follows;
- Copy of certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate verifiable from FIRS
- Company VAT Registration Certificate
- Evidence of similar jobs successfully executed within the last 3 years
- Company Profile
- Evidence of technical capability.
- Evidence of financial capability from a reputable Bank.
- Evidence of Pencom contribution
- Evidence of ITF contribution
D. Submission of pre-qualification documents.
A copy of pre- qualification documents should be appropriately prepared and submitted in sealed envelope and marked at the top left corner ‘Pre-Qualification For (Projects Of Interest)’ Must Be Specified And Addressed To.

The deadline for the submission of pre-qualification documents shall be Wednesday, 16th July, 2014 at 11:00 am. All documents submitted will be opened immediately after the deadline on Wednesday, 16th July 2014 In the Centre’s Conference Room
Names of Pre-qualified contractors will be published on the Centre’s notice board on Monday, 28th July, 2014.
E. Please note:
- This advertisement is not an invitation to tender. Full tendering will be applied only to companies that have been pre-qualified and found capable of handling the projects.
- Late submission of Pre- qualified documents will not be entertained.
