Invitation for Expression of Interest as Consultants
Notice is hereby given that the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State intends to engage professional consultants for execution of construction projects, (Building, Civil, Electro Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering), The nature of the consultancy required Includes, Project Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Interested consultants are required to provide the following:
i. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Tax clearance certificate for the last three years (2011- 2013)
iii. Value Added Tax registration and evidence of payment for the last three years.
iv. Company Audited Financial Statements for three years (2011- 2013)
v. Company resume
vi. PENCOM Compliance Certificate in 2014
vii. Industrial Training Fund Compliance Certificate in 2014
viii. Record of past projects over the last three years
ix. Evidence of Registration of Staff with Professional body as at 2014
x. Evidence of Financial capability from reputable bank and statement of Account for the last 12 months
xi. Certificate of Practice from relevant Professional body and evidence of up-to-date payment of dues
xii. Certificate of Registration with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
xiii. Sworn Affidavit indicating that all document submitted are genuine and verifiable
xiv. Any other information
Submission/Opening of Documents
Three copies of the documents should be neatly packaged and addressed to:
The Registrar,
Federal University of Technology,
P. M. B. 65,
Minna,
Niger State.
The envelope should be marked at the top left-hand corner as: “Application for Expression of Interest as Consultant” with nature of consultancy stated.
Submission of documents closes on Tuesday, 22nd April, 2014. Please note that late entries will not be entertained for consideration. The opening will be on the same day, Tuesday, 22nd April, 2014 by 12:00 noon at the Senate Chamber, Senate Building, Main Campus, Gidan Kwano.
Interested applicants are to note that:
i) The Federal University of Technology, Minna is neither committed nor obliged to short-list any consultant.
ii) The University reserves the right to reject any and/or all bidding packages.
iii) The University will only recognize and correspond with only authorized officers of the applying consultants and not through individuals or agents acting on their behalf.
iv) This advertisement for invitation shall neither be construed commitment on the part of the University.
