“PROCUREMENT OF SAP INFRASTRUCTURE” Supply, installation and Maintenance of power and associated equipment at the ECOWAS Commission Headquarters in Abuja and renovation of the ECOWAS Data Recovery Centre (DRC) site located at the ECOWAS Commission Liaison office in Lagos

1. The ECOWAS COMMISSION has allocated own funds towards the cost of the Procurement of SAP Infrastructure.
2. The ECOWAS Commission therefore invites sealed bids for the Production of SAP Infrastructure described below in three (3) separate lots.

LOT-1:        Supply and installation of power Inverter system with solar power system and cooling at the DC in Abuja and DRC in Lagos.

LOT 2:        Renovation of existing premises and installation of associated Data Centre equipment and cabling based on required technical specifications depicting the infrastructure requirements essential for the operation of the DRC in Lagos;

LOT 3:        Additional data and associated power cabling in an existing structured Local Area Network (LAN) environment at the Commission premises in Abuja.

Interested Candidates can bid for one or several lots.

3.       The Bidding Document can be obtained at the Procurement Division, Directorate of General Administration, ECOWAS Commission, Plot 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, Abuja, Nigeria, upon submission of a written application addressed to the Commissioner, General Administration & Conference ECOWAS Commission Abuja and payment of a NON REFUNDABLE FEE of Thirty Thousand Naira Only (N30, 000.00) by Cash or Bank Draft made in favour of ECOWAS Commission, Abuja.

4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information at the address below, during office hours: Monday to Friday from 9.00am (8.00am GMT+1) to 4.00pm (3.00pm GMT+1), at ECOWAS Commission, Directorate of General Administration, Procurement Division, 1^st Floor, Plot 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401 Abuja Nigeria, or E-mail: procurement@ecowas.int
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120(days) after Bid Opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Two Million and One Hundred Naira Only (2,100,000). (Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond).
6. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelope and deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located in the office of Commissioner, General Administration & Conference, fifth (5th) floor of the ECOWAS Commission Headquarters, 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent Asokoro District, P. M. B. 401, Abuja, Nigeria on or before Friday 11^th July 2014 at 11 .00 am (GMT+1) and clearly marked “Local Competitive Bidding for the Procurement of SAP Infrastructure” Do Not Open, Except in the Presence of the Procurement Committee.
7. In addition to the original Bid, the number of copies is: 03.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders, or their representatives who wish to attend on Friday 11^th July 2014 at 11.30 noon (GMT+1), in Room 523, 5^th Floor of the ECOWAS Commission Headquarters, Plot 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401 Abuja Nigeria.
